I Was Advised To Go For Chest MRI Contrast In

I was advised to go for Chest MRI contrast in Feb. the study showed multiple enlarged lymph node in the right pre / paratracheal, precarinal and subcarinal region. the largest lymph node in the right paratracheal region measures approx 2.57 * 1.64 cm. there is focal area of altered signal involving the sternum predominantly on the right side appearing hyperintense on STIR and hypointense on T1W images showing homogemous enhancement on CEMRI and associated with adjacent pre/ right parasternal peripherally enhancing collection with few internal septations within it, measuring 1.73 (AP) * 4.9 (TR) * 3.25 (CC) cm. based on the report my doctor asked me to start the treatment and recommended the following medicines. i started the medicines from 2nd march onwards.
1) Rcinex and Pan D ( in the morning)
2) combutol (1200 mg) (after lunch)
3) Pyzina (1250 mg) (after dinner)
4) Benadon (after dinner).
its been already 4.5 months that i am consuming these medicines. my doctor is saying to continue them. i want a second opinion. do i have to continue all these medicines ??
