I was attempting to get epidural injections to my lower back during my visit to the hospital I received an epidural injection; during recovery from being anesthetized I was asked to stand but without help from the nursing staff I tried standing right leg held my weight but when stepping down with weight on the left leg I collapsed and hit onto my butt and then down to my back. I had an MRI to determine if additional injuries to my lower back now I have a piece of disc logged in the nerve canal of my spine and am needing disc replacement and fusion surgery. What would you suggest as to the surgery and will surgery repair and eliminate majority of the pain I am now experiencing?
