I Was Constipated For 3-4 Days And After That Doctor

I was constipated for 3-4 days and after that doctor prescribed enema. It was successful , had cramps though. Its been two days since i had bowel movement . No discomfort due to it. Is it normal? I am taking cremaffin. Will it be painful next time ?
