I was diagnosed as prediabetic 2 years ago. I changed my diet, and lost weight. Last year my A1C was 5.2 and this year it was 5.4. I take metformin 500 mg 1 tablet 2x daily. Do you think I should still take the metformin? Do think my blood sugar is normal?
