I Was Diagnosed With A-fib In Feb This Year, Has

I was diagnosed with A-fib in Feb this year, has several TIA's in March, had surgery for 99% occluded Carotid Artery; had surgery but still had A-Fib. Two weeks ago had a Cardio version procedure which put my heart into perfect sinus rhythm. Started on several new medications and now I am having trouble walking across the room due to shortness of breath. I am retaining about 10 pounds of fluids so Cardiologist put me on Lasix and it is not as effective as I had hoped it would be at eliminating the extra fluids. Could it be one of the new medications?
