I Was Diagnosed With A Proteus UTI About A Month

I was diagnosed with a Proteus UTI about a month ago. I do not use a catheter, so the diagnosis was quite a surprise. First I was prescribed Bactrim, then Cephalexin, and now I'm on my third round of antibiotics taking Ciproflaxin. The scary part was that at the end of my work shift at midnight tonight I got a sharp pain at the exact spot where my shoulder joins with my torso, then my arm and my hand started jerking like crazy and I couldn't order my arm to stop. I've never had this before and I'm still kind'a spooked. Could one of the antibiotics have caused nerve damage?
Thanks
