I Was Diagnosed With Acute Bronchitis By Symptoms Only. I

I was diagnosed with acute bronchitis by symptoms only. I still have the cough 2 weeks later. It was dry when I got diagnosed but is now productive. The thing that doesn't make sense to me is that I also have semi-blocked sinuses with a lot of mucus. I blow my nose often but am unable to fully empty my sinuses. I cough up mucus. All of it is clear to a tiny bit yellow. I do not have tonsils or adenoids. I do not have sinus pain or pressure, fever, headache, loss of sleep, aches, pains, etc. Just the blocked sinuses and productive cough. I do not smoke or am not around smoke, or any other lung irritants.
