I Was Diagnosed With Being Estrogen Dominant A Few Years

I was diagnosed with being estrogen dominant a few years ago (I am 45). My doctor put me on Progestrone to balance it out. During that time I did not feel much difference. Over the last 2 months I was without it due to some prescription / pharmacy issues. I was deeply depressed, sluggish and my metabolism was non existent. I recently changed pharmacies and I picked up my prescription. They were not the pink Prometrium pills I had been taking but were little round pinkish orange pills. I feel better than ever now and have energy again. Do you know what the difference could be?
