I was diagnosed with cerebellar atrophy, in 2011. It was very hard to come to a final conclusion, mainly because of judgemental, family, friends and doctors. Nobody would say anything about it, out of concern, it was assuming that I was drinking or on drugs. I was diagnosed with, acute myloid leukemia, in the bone marrow, involving my platelets, they were as high as 2,750,000, at one time. I did chemo, with no positive response. I am now taking anagrelide and doimg very well, have a young enthusiastic oncologist, who encouraged me to do what I had been told, I would never be able to get, my teeth, or anything else removed, due to bleeding or clotting. Now that I have moved past those hurdles with that rare disorder. I am doing alot better with the debilitating symptoms with the atrophy, I have noticed that stress is a huge culprit to relapses. I live in an assistecd living, my caretakers are very judgemental, when my symptoms are apparent, as they are not all the time, I worked really hard to get to the place I am , stress brings back memories that were very disruptive, please help me with this, talkimg is not working, they should be educated, in case something were to happen , is there any literature or an email frrom your experience, feelimg as if I don't matter, I should. Thamk you
