I Was Diagnosed With Chronic Exercise Induced Compartment Syndrome Due

I was diagnosed with chronic exercise induced compartment syndrome due to naval training and revived one of the two needed faciotomy on my left leg and still am awaiting surgery on my right. The surgery had many complications including henotoma building up in the calf cavity post surgery. I have been trying to get to the gym again and when lifting with my legs I can do everything as normal but once I put the weights down I lose my vision and black out for a bit and my hearing will decrease also. I don't know what could be causing this or if I need to see my primary care doctor again
