I Was Diagnosed With Endometriosis And Had A Full Hysterectomy.

I was diagnosed with endometriosis and had a full hysterectomy. No cervix too... I want to know can I still be suffering from this condition? I still have abdominal cramps, pain with sex, constipation, and on top of that I suffer from hot flashes and night sweats because I was told the longer I could stay off the hormones and drugs to combat the premature menopause I had been forced into the better since estrogen is the fuel for endometriosis. Or is this all in my head? I had my first colonoscopy a few months ago and was told everything looked normal so no IBS or other bowl issue that he could see. So I am assuming the constipation and cramping are something held over from the endometriosis. Am I wrong? Could there be something else I need to ask my doctor about?
