I Was Diognoised With Pneumonia At The ER Last Monday.

I was diognoised with pneumonia at the ER last Monday. I am 75 perfectly healthy with lots of drive and energy. I have never been ill in my lie.(I do know that is a true blessing) But the comments from my Doc, ER Doc and 2nd visit to the ER on Friday an saw a PA are all somewhat different. The first 2 docs, said none of my blood work showed infection, not even my white count. The PA said my white count was lower on Friday. The first ER Doc said I had enlarged lymph nodes, my Doc was not concerned, nor was the PA. They found the pneumonia with a CT scan on Monday, that was the only place it showed up., The ER doc said he could see it on the chest X-Ray. I went into the ER on Friday because I had a fever(100.9) I had no fever on Monday.. Can you help me to understand this. I have been advised to find a lung specialist.
