I Was Disagnosed With Bladder Cancer In January 2015 And

I was disagnosed with bladder cancer in January 2015 and had an operation May 16 2015 to remove my bladder along with a full hystorectomy and appendics. I now have a stoma. I have just had a CT scan done and this has shown that I have dilatation of both ureters with the right ureter dilated to the anastomosis with the ileal conduit. I have had an increase in leakages, sometimes up to 4 times a day. Would the dilatation of the ureters be causing this. I also have pain in the lower abdomen, lower and higher right side moving around to my back. Can you please advise if any of these things that are happening are the cause of the dilatation of the ureters. Thank You
