Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I was dx with ADHD at age 12 and prescribes 30mg adderall once daily until I finished nursing school at age 21 then my doctor ended my prescription. I'm 29 now and my adult life so far has been an unorganized awful mess. Job to job in debt can't keep up with bills or manage money. Will a doctor continue my adderall prescription now at age 29? My add didn't just vanish because I turned 21. I've saw a nurse practitioner and she would only prescribe me strattera even though I told her I've only used adderall and strattera didn't help and the cost was outrageous I can't afford it and it does absolutely nothing for my add. I'm desperate for help and want my life back in order. I want to b a mature well organized well functioning adult of society. What do I do?
