I Was Going Over My Medical Records From My Physical

I was going over my medical records from my physical last year and noticed my my routine ekg printout says "QRS(T) contour abnormality consistent with anteroseptal infarct; probably old". Should I be concerned that my physician didn't say anything about this? To add to my concern, I was hit by a car nine months prior to the ekg and experienced tingling down my left arm. I've been extremely fatigued for a year and half and chalked it up to stress, but now I'm not so sure.
