I Was Hospitalized In Dec. Due To Low Sodium Of

I was hospitalized in Dec. due to low sodium of 123. I had full Labs this week & it was 123 again. I've been told to restrict fluid intake to no more than 1 liter/day & redo LABS on Mon. If it's not UP, I will need to be re-hospitalized. I am worried I may have Addison's Disease??? I am thirsty all the time & get dizzy frequently. What do you think? I do take a High blood pressure med (HCTZ 20/12.5 & my Dr. rec. pulling out the diuretic component, but I suffer from fluid retention & lymphedema due to another rare disease I have. At wits end!
