I was in ER on Tuesday with severe muscles spasms which started at my feet and went to my groin area. I also had BW that same day before going to ER. They gave me pain meds and sent me home. My family Dr called me and said for the second time in less than a month my BW showed elevated muscle enzymes. I have not been to work yet this week due to everytime I go from a laying position or a sitting position to a standing position I have to stop and hold into something as I get very lightheaded it feels as if I am going to pass out. While laying I do get slight pain in chest and shortness of breath. What should I do
