I Was In A Car Accident Last Year, My T12

I was in a car accident last year, my T12 sustained a compression fracture & my sternum was broken. I healed as expected but had experience a burning pain across the scapula toward my shoulder, an aching pain on the outside arm, then an jabbing ache inside the arm just above the elbow, the pain then radiated down to my wrist. My pinky and ring finger become completely numb and the middle and index finger tingle and ache. I know I have a minor stenosis in my C6 region. Could this pain be related to the stenosis? I should mention that the pain did not become intolerable until I started my annual motorcycle tour this summer. Prior to then it was an intermittent issue. It is also restricted to the left arm. Any thoughts
Thank you
