I Was In A Head-on Car Accident Last March. I

I was in a head-on car accident last March. I suffered multiple injuries (broken ribs, broken ankle, broken foot, broken knee, broken shin, 2 blood clots in leg, and tons of bruising). At the time of the accident, my left breast was completely black from bruising. I kept complaining of pain in the left breast. A few months after the accident, three lumps appeared at the top of my left breast in the area where my seat belt was (one is the size of a nickel while the remaining two are dime-sized). I had an ultrasound. My dr just wants to leave the lumps. Because of their location (in line with the seat belt and my bra) the lumps continue to be painful to the touch. What are my options?
