I Was In A Hit In Run Over 3 Munths

I was in a hit in run over 3 munths ago. I have had x-reys done a few time. The Dr tell me there is nothing wrong, but my thoracic spin still hurts and I am still getting headaches. Is it possible that I have a compression fracture and it has just been missed? Is it normal to still hurt for this long?
