I Was In Hospital Last Week With Obstructive Jaundice Caused

I was in hospital last week with obstructive jaundice caused by gallstones, I have some in the bile duct and one wedged by my pancreas. They're unable to remove them until 17th May. Can I live my normal day to day life? I have 2 young children (3yrs and 6 months) so don't really have much chance to rest. Can I play netball? I don't really have much of an opportunity to rest if I don't will my symptoms come back? my skin and eyes are nearly a 'normal' colour and my urine is much better too.
