I was instructed to increase the Metoprolol ERSuccinate from 50-100mg since my blood pressure is not coming down, it is at about 130/90.
I had slight chest discomfort when only taking 50 mg metoprolol er succinate for the past year.

Now 5 days into increasing to 100mg and my chest flat out hurts like someone punched me and left a bruise.

Any idea how to get this out my system?

I gained 80 lbs in last 2 years via Divorce, now at about 270 lbs
