I Was Just Diagnosed By Needle Biopsy With Ductal Carcinoma

I was just diagnosed by needle biopsy with ductal carcinoma in situ, solid type with comedo necrosis, intermediate to high nuclear grade, calcification's identified and associated with DCIU .My question what does the comedo necrosis mean and what does intermediate to high nuclear grade mean? and do either of these impact my my choices ie lumpectomy vs mastectomy?
