I was just recently diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in my lower back, it is painful, is there anything that can help besides normal medication? Like topical creams and Chrondinite with Glucasamine? and will I be able to return to work Part time as a Nurse???? I am so depressed finding out that I have this!
