I Was On Antibiotics Last Week For An Ear Infection

I was on antibiotics last week for an ear infection then I was experiencing vaginal itching so I went back into the doctor and he assumed I had a yeast infection so he gave me 2 doses of fluconazole which I took both. Now I am experiencing vaginal “peeling” or it looks like toilet paper residue but I know it is not. My vagina is red and raw from the itching and even bleeding a little bit from itching it so much. Should I be worried. What is this.
