I was out hunting Pokemon with my husband. I had flip flops on and he had tennis shoes with a rubber sole. He walk walking ahead of me and pushing the stiller with our daughter in it. We were slightly in the road and I saw head lights coming behind us so I looked while still walking. My husband stopped short to pick up a toy but I didn't see him in that split second I looked back and then bam. My left foot slammed into his heal at full walking speed. There is blood under the nail and a white line running across my toe nail where I guess it was bent back but didn't tear or split. I put ice on it last night before bed. Can I soak it in epson salt now? Also I have nail polish should I take it off and will the remover hurt the injury? Since only the top half of the nail is damaged will I keep my
