I Was Practicing With A Guard Flag And Nailed Myself

I was practicing with a guard flag and nailed myself in the face. My nose bled, the bridge of my nose bled and I have a huge bump on my forehead and it hurts a lot. This was about 7 hours ago and I've and Advil had helped taken away the pain. My step dad is a nurse and he said I'm okay to sleep because he thinks I don't have a concussion. Am I okay to sleep?
