I was prescribed Topamax by my Doctor, but because the receptionist obviously did not pass on my message to my doctor to send in an urgent refill (urgency was admittedly due to me not realizing until the weekend that I was so low), I will miss 2 doses before the earliest time this confusion can get cleared up. All the info I got says either "call your doctor if you miss 2 doses" or "missing 2 or more doses could cause serious side effects"..... My question is: What "serious side effects" do I need to look out for in the next 12-24 hours?
