I Was Prescribed Clindamycin For An Infected Stye Causing Some

I was prescribed clindamycin for an infected stye causing some facial swelling. An attempt was made to help this drain by my ophthalmologist after 4 days of compresses and salicylate washes. I am concerned about using the clindamycin as I have chronic bowel problems and was treated 2 years ago with Xifaxan after a breath test. I am also on warfarin for Factor V Leiden (homozygous) and a history of a DVT. I also take metoprolol for an arrhythmia, and Vit D3, and loperamide 1-2 daily. I use Culturelle daily. I am 70 years old, have a history of mild eczema and presently have a reddened superficial area on my chin after a mild injury. Should I take the clindamycin?
