I Was Recently Sent A Letter From My Pain Management

I was recently sent a letter from my pain management doctor saying they have proof that I violated my pain contract and effective immediately they would no longer be seeing me for my pain management but I need to find a doctor asap that can take over as my condition requires constant medical attention. I called and asked what I had done and they said I had valium in my system and they don't prescribe that to me. I've never taken valium or any medicine for anxiety but I did have one day where I wasn't feeling well and had a bad headache and just a bad day and a friend of mine gave me what looked like an aleve and so I took it since I trusted this person but I do believe that's where that valium came from cause ive never taken anything not prescribed to me. I believe my friend did this on purpose. What can I do?
