I Was Recently Told That I Have A Cyst On

I was recently told that I have a cyst on my right ovary. Then, a few days ago I started experiencing sciatica symptoms. The pain is down the backs of both legs and sometimes I feel an icy hot feeling on my skin. I have periodic twinges of sharp pain at the ends of my middle toes on my right foot. The leg pain gets more severe after standing for a short time. Could the cyst be pressing on the sciatica nerve? And if so, is there any quick fix to get rid of the cyst? I have a vacation coming up in one week which will require a lot of standing and walking.
