I was sailing for the first time and the 'boom' of the sale ( the pole) swung round when turning extremely quikly and hit me in the side of my head near my temple. luckily I fell on the boat and when I looked up I had blurry vision , I was unbalanced , confusedand had head aches , its a couple hours later now and I don't feel much pain just a sharp pain in my ears every now and then but should I get it checked out at A and E or just leave it?
