I was standing about 3 foot off the ground on side of my tractor trailer rig and fell backwards flat on my back its been hurting in the midfle of my spine like a road rash feeling been rubbing emu oil on it husband said its a knot on my spine there and its painful to push on it i do have some herniated disk and an angular tear not sure of the disk number what could it be and suggestions
