I Was Started On 20mg Of Ritalin... And Sort Of

I was started on 20mg of Ritalin... and sort of noticed my heart racing.... i dissmised it as the medication making me anxious but then today dicided to mesure my heart rate as I was feeling a bit light headed as well and it is at 110-117 bpm for the past few hours. Should I stop medication?
