I Was Stretching My Neck Over The Side Of The

I was stretching my neck over the side of the bed and heard a pop/crack in the base of my skull on the right side. Then later that day I started getting really bad dizzy spells and I looked up vertigo and I have the symptoms. It has been a week and it is still very bad. Now my right side of my neck hurts along with my right arm. My ear feels like pressure behind it and when I turn my head and get dizzy it's like a shock all the way to my fingertips..I have no history of anything like this before. Do you think this is a pinched nerve or just vertigo?
