I Was Stung By A Wasp On My Left Chest.

I was stung by a wasp on my Left chest. I had pain in the t1 t2 dermatome and had pain that radiated into my back. I was seen in the ER at that time. No heart related issues. That pain went away then about a week later I got sudden pain in that same area that was very intense. I also had some (skin nerve) pain down the back of my left arm. I have no shingles type lesions present. Could this be nerve damage from the wasp bite that is reoccurring or shingles being brought on by the wasp bite?
