I Was Taking 4mg Of Zanaflex For A Torn Tendon

I was taking 4mg of zanaflex for a torn tendon in my left arm. Yesterday I woke up with a UTI. Ciproflaxin is about all that works for me because I am allergic to so many antibiotics. Today the Pharmacist told me husband and then me on the phone that I can NOT mix to the two. That is the first time anyone has ever mentioned it. I used to take Zanaflex for my back. I know I've mixed the 2 before. Now my arm is going to give me fits for the next week because they have scared me to death if I take the 2 together. Is this really a problem?
