I Was Told I Had Become Allergic To Lisinopril, It

I was told I had become allergic to lisinopril, it caused a red rash primarily around my ankles which also caused swelling both ankles & feet, mostly my left. Was sent to a dermatologist who checked for blood clots, and was subscribed (triamcinolone acetonide cream/ 80 grams) for the rash. After approx. 4 weeks the swelling continues( mostly left ankle), but the rash came back on my right ankle like the 1st day & I'm out of the cream.....The swelling & the rash continues..
