I Was Trying To Concive With A Treatment Of Sifasi

I was trying to concive with a treatment of sifasi on june 5th 2015 i had my last period n on 17th june i took this injection to get preagnent. But till 20th july i found it negetive so i took meprate for 20th july till 5 days twice. N in july 31st had unprotected sex. Till 11th of august periods dint cum so i tested again n it eas positive. So i wan to ask tat on june 17th my right egg was 24mm into 23mm.so i hve concive in same egg or eithout periods i got new egg n tat has fertile.is it possible tat after so many days tat egg will wait.
