I Was Walking Up Two Patio Stairs To Go In

I was walking up two patio stairs to go in the house, I opened the door and a dog came charging out . I flew backward down the two stairs landing on my right foot/leg very harshly. This was 2 weeks ago. The pain ( radiating from my outer knee down to my outer ankle and tingling numbness in outer toes and leg) is still there and seems to get more severe. I thought it was nerve pain, now things are popping around my ankle and knee - which are very far apart! , I feel throbbing in my calf. I have been limping for 2 weeks forcing myself to minimally drive! It is my right foot! It is barely BARELY weight bearing. I grumble when I have to move out of utter pain. I am thinking a fibula fracture? Why would I have 2 different areas - the ankle and knee be making weird sounds and sensations? Also, what are signs of blot clot or an anyerisum ? I feel a lot of strange sensations in my leg - sitting still!
