I Was Watering Hanging Plants On Our Back Porch With

I was watering hanging plants on our back porch with a metal and plastic watering wand. I decided to wash off a nearby light fixture. Something happened. My hands got tingly for a second or two. I realized what was happening (electrical shock). I threw the wand out of my hands. It' been a little while since but my hands and my scalp tingled for awhile. Now my hands are a little sore, especially the tops of my hands.

The inside of my mouth feels a little tingly and my chest feels a bit heavy but that could just be anxiety from this experience
