I weigh approximately 165 pounds and an 5'7". This is about 15 pounds more than where I feel best. About 3 months ago, I started eating only fruits veggies and chicken, with red meat once a week, I have always had oatmeal with walnuts for breakfast, and whole grain bread a few times a week. I gained 4 pounds! Over the last 3 weeks, I cut out all fruit, and all grains. No gain, but no loss. Is this normal?? A friend of mine started 3 weeks ago with me, and has lost 7 pounds!!
