I Went For My Follow-up After Having A Lumpectomy Last

I went for my follow-up after having a lumpectomy last week for two cysts and a tumor - which all came back benign. I have extremely dense breasts and have had aspirations in both breasts for at least five years. The tumor that was removed never showed up on either my mammo or the ultrasound. Fortunately I found it two days prior to surgery. The right breast never showed anything on mammo and I have cysts in there (cysts to my knowledge). My surgeon went to aspirate the right breast today and three times nothing came out. He just scheduled me for an ultrasound - my question…….if nothing came out, what if anything, should I be concerned about? In all the years of aspirations, I have never had one that didn't have fluid.
