I went to a Physio last year, she looked at my elbows and notice that my forearm is not in alignment with my upper are, so from my elbow to my hand bows out at 45 degree angle, its the same with the left however worse on the right she said it was how the bone formed while I was growing up and possible from playing hockey from such a young age, the other night I was playing cricket, first trg when I went to hit the ball I felt a pull in my right elbow, it was swollen when I got home so I iced it and is still sore and slightly swollen around the inside of the elbow. Do you know what this is called re the bowing out of my forearm and is there a way to have it corrected?
