I Went To Doc For Constant Urination. No Infection Was

I went to doc for constant urination. No infection was found in my urine. Problem still persists with tingling sensation in clitorus, pressure to pee etc. I was taking cal-mag with vitamin D when I noticed these symptoms start. I stopped it a day ago but still feeling the symptoms. It is very uncomfortable. I have moments of relief but this has been going on for almost 2 weeks
