I Went To The ER Yesterday For Pain In My

I went to the ER yesterday for pain in my lower abdomen. It started the night before and I thought maybe I had an UTI because I have a history of them. I took over the counter meds but goin np relief. My urine was tested in the ER for infection, pregnancy, etc. The Dr. informed me my urine was clear & she suspected I had a ruptured ovarian cyst. I was given an ultrasound and they found a cyst on my left ovary. She said she was not sure if I had another that ruptured, but prescribed me 800mg Ibuprofen. It was not enough for the pain I am experiencing so I called my primary care physician, who prescribed me 50 mg Tramadol. I was told by ER that this may take 3 weeks, but I'm confused. I know it can grow or rupture, so I'm just supposed to so & wait. While I have constant discomfort & a feeling of pressure. It's very difficult to do my job, because even on pain meds, it feels very uncomfortable to bend, walk fast or lift anything that I normally could. Please any advice would be nice. I have no health insurance and I am barely making it on my small income as a single mother. But I need to take care of myself to take care of them.
