I went to the doctor last week for pink eye after the full exam I also had fluid behind both ears and a coarse sounding left lung. He put me on a Z-pack and eye drops which I finished last Friday. I really don't feel any better but not worse either but started to get sudden fevers ( 99-100) for a few hours like every other day since last Wednesday. Is this the illness just working it way out or can the Z-pack cause this ( I have been on it before and never had any issues).Thanks
