I woke up at 4:00 a.m. with a lot of pain in my left jaw. I could barely move it. When I woke up this morning it still hurt and i am unable to chew on the left side of my mouth. It feels as if I had had painful dental work done or if I was hit in the jaw. There is also some pain on the left side of my neck. I am assuming it is tension but i wanted to check. Thanks, Gayle
