I woke up feeling intense vertigo which brought me to my knees on Saturday morning. I then took a flight to another state to visit family. I experienced such dizziness upon settling in that I threw up all day. I felt slightly better on Sunday but was still experiencing dizziness and nausea throughout the day. Today I feel very dizzy again upon exertion. I just had an episode of dizziness that forced me to lie down. I broke out in a sweat immediately. I've never been diagnosed with diabetes. Heart disease runs on my dad's side of the famly, my father himself died of a massive heartache as did my younger brother. I am still our of town. I don't want to panic but this is three days now. Should I go to an urgent care or could this be the flu? YYYY@YYYY .
