I work 24 hour shifts an an EMT on an ambulance. I am on one off two days. I take 1 mg Lorazapam TID PRN. However, when I am on my shift I may take 4 or 5 in a 24 hour period depending on my sleep schedule. I am also taking Effexor, Lamictal, and Buspar. I take Percocet and Gabapentin for 3 herniated discs in my nec/
k. My psychiatrist refuses to increase my Ativan to coincide with my work schedule. What is your opinion
